This Privacy Policy explains how Form Check ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Form Check mobile application.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Workout videos — videos you upload for AI analysis.
• Account info — email and display name when you sign in.
• Feedback — messages you send us via the in-app feedback form.

Information collected automatically

• Device info — model, OS version, app version, language.
• Usage events — screens viewed, actions taken, crash reports.

3. How We Use Information

• To run AI analysis on uploaded videos and return results.
• To maintain your history and account state.
• To improve the App, fix bugs, and develop new features.
• To process payments via Apple App Store or Google Play.
• To respond to support requests.

4. Third-Party Processors

To deliver the service we share data with the following providers, all bound by contractual data-protection terms:

• Supabase — authentication, storage, and database.
• Google Gemini — workout video analysis.
• OpenAI — AI-generated reference images.
• Apple / Google — payment processing for subscriptions.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use uploaded videos to train third-party models.

5. Data Retention

Workout videos are processed and may be retained as part of your in-app history until you delete them. Account data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time via in-app settings or by emailing us.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your region (EU, UK, California, etc.) you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@formcheck.app.

7. Children's Privacy

Form Check is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us so we can delete it.

8. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we work to protect your data.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via email.
