Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Form Check mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The Service

Form Check provides AI-powered analysis of workout videos you upload. The App returns an overall score, a list of detected technique mistakes, and AI-generated reference images. Form Check is not a substitute for professional medical, fitness, or rehabilitation advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free accounts can analyze a limited set of detected mistakes per video. Paid ("Pro") subscriptions unlock the full analysis. Subscriptions auto-renew through Apple App Store or Google Play unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime through your store account settings.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the videos you upload. By uploading, you grant Form Check a non-exclusive license to process the video to deliver the analysis service. We do not sell your videos and do not use them to train third-party models without your consent.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload content you do not have rights to share.
• Do not upload content depicting minors performing dangerous lifts.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or abuse the API.

7. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Strength training carries inherent risk. The App's feedback is informational only and may be incorrect. Always consult a qualified coach or medical professional before changing your training program. You assume all risk for any injury resulting from following or not following the App's suggestions.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and design assets in the App are owned by Form Check or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without written permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You can stop using the App at any time and request account deletion via in-app settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Form Check is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including injury or property damage arising from use of the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
